”Academic writing you have to get right. Fiction you have to get plausible. And there's a world of difference. In a way, if someone says this didn't feel exactly right, I don't care. But that is not okay to do in academia - it's not about feeling. You want to establish a pretty solid case. So did this allow me to express things differently? Absolutely. Another thing I've been thinking about as an academic: our writing style is expository, and in fiction, withholding information matters quite a bit. Withholding things in academia - there's no place for that!”

It is indeed a great pleasure in releasing the Journal of Pharmacy and Bioallied Sciences Annual Health Supplement – 2021 for the benefit of Health Science Community. It has been an interesting journey for our Editorial team in this tenure of 10 years with the objective of learning and sharing, to create platform to publish a broad range of open-access journals, which is efficient and high visibility to help dental researchers grow at all levels – students, faculty, research scholars, postdocs, professors and scientists, seeking publishing opportunities for their research work. This time, we have extended our platform as HEALTH SUPPLEMENT, to accommodate the work from Medical, Paramedical, Pharmacy and Nursing fraternity. We would like to explicitly acknowledge the authors for choosing our Journal for publishing their papers and reviewers who have helped in selecting papers with their high-level expertise and have been pointing regarding the oversights.
I greatly appreciate the efforts of Dr. Himanshu Gupta, Assistant Editor (www.jpbsonline.org), in giving priority toward Annual Supplement issues since 2012.
